What does this test measure?
The Array 10-90 measures IgG and IgA immune reactivity to 90 of the most
commonly consumed raw and/or modified foods, including:
- Dairy and eggs
- Grains
- Beans
- Nuts and seeds
- Vegetables
- Fruit
- Fish and seafood
- Meats
- Herbs, spices, gums
- Brewed beverages
- Additives
It can detect dietary-related triggers of autoimmune reactivity and monitor
the efficacy of customised dietary protocols.
Clinical Use
These antibodies are detected in patients with broken oral tolerance, leaky
gut, inflammation, and autoimmunity, and their detection can help in the
monitoring of dietary protocols.
